One fateful spring day in 2009, my sister mentioned to me  that I should "check out Zumba" and so I looked at it on youtube and I was immediately hooked.  I had already been teaching Salsa classes so I knew I loved teaching and dancing.  Without ever having taken a class, I signed up for a teacher training and in late 2009 taught my first Zumba class.  The combination of creating choreography, dancing with friends (old and new) creating community and getting exercise while having a blast has been totally life changing for me.  Join me and the Zoomba crew by sending me an email and getting a zoom link.
